Olive Union's 30-Day Trial allows you to try our devices at a reduced price and take the time to see if they will work for you. 

Skip paying the huge upfront cost and go at your own pace until you know Olive is right for you.

The 30-Days begin upon arrival of your order, not from order date. Please make use of all 30-Days with your Olive!

To keep or return your Olive Trial, please reach out to us at support_us@oliveunion.com within the 30-Day Trial. Alternatively, please respond to one of the automatic reminder emails sent to you!

When returning your Olive, there are no additional fees aside the $49 Trial Price. After confirming and beginning the RMA Process, we will send you a Return Label for you to use.

The 30-Day Trial is not refundable. Furthermore, products purchased after the 30-Day Trial has passed are also not eligible for refunds.

You can return your Olive after the 30-Day Trial if they are faulty or defective. All Olive items come with a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warrnaty; if you are still within this period, we will exchange for free. 

Olive devices can not be returned after the 30-Day Trial.
