Products purchased through the Official Olive Union Website come with a 30-Day Return Period, active from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund.
2-Week Trials and their subsequent purchases are non-refundable and are not covered by the above policy. You will have the duration of the 2-Week Trial to decide if you want to keep the item, and an additional grace period for the return of the item if you decide not to. Once the grace period has passed, if we have not received your return, you will be charged for the full amount.
A 2-Week Trial is not a purchase of the product itself; $29 is the charge for the 2-Week Trial service fee. Losing the product during the 2-Week Trial will result in being charged for the full price of the Product.
If you purchased one of our products from a 3rd party vendor or website you will be subject to their specific return/refund policy and not Olive Unions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case the customer ships back without using a provided shipping label, the customer must provide a tracking number to Olive Union via email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any items that are damaged will not be eligible for a return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged under normal usage. Failure or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper repair/modification are not exchangeable. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
