Olive Union Return Policy


Products purchased through the Official Olive Union Website come with a 30-Day Return Period, active from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Product trials and their subsequent purchases are non-refundable and are not covered by the above policy. You will have the duration of the trial period to use and decide whether to purchase or return the product. Upon conclusion of the trial period, if Olive Union has not received confirmation of a decision to return the product from the customer, the customer agrees to purchase the product and will be charged for the full amount.

A Product trial is not a purchase of the product itself. Losing the product during the Trial Period will result in being charged for the full price of the product.

If you purchased one of our products from a 3rd party vendor or website you will be subject to their specific return/refund policy and not Olive Unions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any items that are damaged will not be eligible for a return.

To begin the RMA and Return process, please reach out to us at support_us@oliveunion.com. Returned items sent without the proper RMA Process can face severe delays and may not be eligible for a full refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case the customer ships back without using a provided shipping label, the customer must provide a tracking number to Olive Union via email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

  • Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error)
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
  • Products improperly returned


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged under normal usage. Failure or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper repair/modification are not exchangeable. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support_us@oliveunion.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
